Return or Replacement Policy

Return or Replacement policy of CHITRAHAR BOUTIQUE:

1. Request of return or replacement of a product should be made within 07 days of delivery. The conditions of returns are:

• The product is damaged or torn.
• The chain and puller is not working in case of bags.
• The fabric of the inner lining is torn in cases of bags.
• Wrong product is dispatched such as a different design or colour than your order.
• The size sent to you is different from your order in cases of dresses.
• The dress colour has faded.

Return request wouldn’t be accepted for the following reasons:

• Colours of the bags are not even. (Handcrafted items won’t have machine like Finish)
• Infrequent minor spots on leather (It certifies originality of leather)
• Product dimensions are true to the website but the product looks smaller/bigger than you expected.
• You don’t like the product after seeing it.

2. Please raise a return or replacement request via Website/ WhatsApp with valid proof (Photo/Video) of dispute and the courier executive will visit you to pick up the product within 07 days. Products may be eligible for replacement only if it’s in stock.

3. The package should not be sealed while returning the product. The pick-up personnel would verify the product.

4. The refund amount should be given back to your account within 30 days from your
request.
